Duffour-Dubergier, Mayor of Bordeaux, and Louis Eschenauer, a prominent wine shipper.

In 1990, Daniel and Florence Cathiard were captivated by the allure of this magnificent property. Since then, they have undertaken extensive restoration, including the 16th-century tower and 18th-century manor house, as well as constructing two subterranean cellars. Embracing traditional vine-growing practices without chemical herbicides and establishing their cooperage, they have exhibited an unwavering commitment to excellence.
